Nintendo at E3: Digital Event and Treehouse plans detailed

In addition to bringing back the Nintendo World Championships at E3 this year, Nintendo also detailed their Digital Event and Treehouse plans.

The Digital Event essentially replaces Nintendo’s proper press conference — though it’s been that way for a couple years now — and the Treehouse program will continue to show off wares from the E3 show floor.

Relevant times and dates are as follows:

  • Nintendo World Championships 2015 – Sunday, 14 June in Los Angeles (Time TBA, but most likely Monday, 15 June in AEST)
  • Nintendo Digital Event – Wednesday, 17 June at 2.00 am AEST
  • Nintendo Treehouse: Live @ E3 — All throughout E3 2015

Moreover, Nintendo American will also be placing Mario Maker demos at over 120 Best Buy stores in the USA. They’ll be in place on Wednesday, 17 June and Saturday, 20 June.
