NHL 16’s Be A Pro mode gets a whole bunch of changes

EA used the weekend to explain changes to NHL 16‘s Be A Pro mode.

The familiar offering will be revamped to include off-ice training opportunities. It’ll be up to gamers to determine what training is taken up during a week. Said training will increase certain areas of a player’s skill-set.

The video below highlights the changes, also showing off the game’s new on-ice training mechanic.

The video also confirms that gamers’ Pros will be able to once again start up in leagues like the WHL, a feature that wasn’t present in the lobotomised NHL 15.

NHL 16 heads to Xbox One and PS4 on 15 September.
