Newegg now supports local shipping in Australia

Newegg today announced that local shipping options are now available to customers in Australia.

“We began selling to customers in Australia last year and were impressed by the steady growth as Australian customers became more familiar with Newegg,” said James Wu, COO of Newegg. “We are confident the Australian market presents a great opportunity for Newegg, and we’re enthusiastic about forging a lasting relationship with this new customer base.”

Newegg products became available to Australians back in April 2014, but international shipping was, of course, rather pricey. This move should make products more affordable local gamers.

The retailer is currently offering what its described as “a tremendous number of great deals for Australian customers.” You can head here to check them out.
