New Steam mobile app adds remote downloads, more

Get hype!

A new Steam mobile app is available on iOS and Android devices and allows for QR code sign-in and remote downloads.

“We’ve completely revamped the Steam Mobile app – with a new framework, new design, and new features,” Valve said in a post. “You’ll still be able to browse the store, get Steam Guard codes, and confirm trades – with additions like QR code scanning for PC sign in, smarter notifications, customizable tabs, and a new Library view with remote downloads.”

Valve’s made a little video that details all the app’s changes and enhancements. It’s below.

Are you excited for the new Steam mobile app? Grab it here on iOS or here on Android… or, you know, just update the old app if you’ve already got it on your phone.
