New Need for Speed game coming in 2019

A new Need for Speed game is coming this year but won’t be featured at E3 2019, EA today confirmed.

“A new Need for Speed game will be releasing later in 2019,” EA’s Ben Walke confirmed, adding that, “this year is a bit of a special one for NFS, too, as we are turning 25 years. We’ve had almost 25 years going fast, and we can’t wait to kick-start our 26th with the next NFS game.”

At the same time, Walke confirmed a reveal wasn’t planned for E3 2019.

“Will we be doing anything in June? No,” he wrote. “It’s as simple as that.”

We’ll have more on Need for Speed 2019 as it’s made available.
