New Devil May Cry 5 Vergil DLC heading to current- and next-gen

New Vergil DLC planned for Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition on Xbox Series X and PS5 will also head to current-gen consoles Xbox One and PS4, Capcom has confirmed.

While Special Edition on next-gen will offer ray-tracing, enhanced 3D audio, Turbo Mode and a Legendary Dark Knight Mode, perhaps its biggest addition is DLC that will let you play as Vergil. Because of the DLC’s appear, Capcom confirmed at Tokyo Game Show that the DLC will also be made available to those playing Devil May Cry 5 on Xbox One and PS4.

Devil May Cry is available now on Xbox One and PS4 and Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition heads to Xbox Series X and PS5 at an undisclosed date. Expect more on the upcoming next-gen version as it’s announced.
