Naughty Dog: We’re only working on Uncharted 4 until it’s out the door

Naughty Dog has confirmed that it’s working on nothing else until it ships Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End. Sorry, The Last of Us fans.

Uncharted 4 Directors Bruce Straley and Neil Druckmann confirmed as much with Game Informer recently.

“We’re 110 percent in Uncharted 4 territory now. Blinders on, make this awesome,” Straley said.

Druckmann is well aware that fans are clamouring for a sequel to The Last of Us.

“We totally get it, because we have those same feelings as well. We have brainstormed sequel ideas for The Last of Us, and we’ve brainstormed ideas for new games, but all of that is put on ice right now while we work on Uncharted 4,” he said.

A sequel to The Last of Us has yet to be confirmed.
