MLB The Show 22 adds another platform to the mix with Switch

The Show goes even more multi-platform.

MLB The Show 22 will go even more multi-platform this year with a release on Switch, MLB and Sony San Diego have recently advised.

The announcement marks the first time the franchise will be available on a Nintendo platform, joining exisiting franchise releases on Xbox and, of course, PlayStation.

The Show left behind its PlayStation console exclusivity last year with entries on Xbox; it even made the Xbox Game Pass subscription program.

Sony San Diego has promised more information about this year’s iteration — including details of its Collector’s Edition — in the next couple of days. We’ll report back as we learn more.

Expect MLB The Show 22 on Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and Switch.
