Meet the mascots of NHL 16

EA Sports looks to be correcting the biggest criticisms of NHL 15 last year, not only adding missing modes back into NHL 16, but enhancing existing bits and bobs.

Today, the publisher took time to highlight team mascots now present in-game.

“Our best in class arena authenticity gets even better with the inclusion of mascots from around the NHL, “EA said.

“Mascots will move about the arena to pump up the crowd, react to on-ice action, and may even join their team in post-game celebrations. These characters are just another one of the many elements we are bringing to our distinct team Arena Atmosphere in NHL 16.”

Take a look at the Anaheim Ducks’ Wild Wing, above. You can check all the mascots out here.
