Meet Star Trek Picard’s Titan-A bridge crew

A good looking bunch, to be sure.

Star Trek Picard showrunner Terry Matalas has taken to Twitter to detail the bridge crew of Season 3’s USS Titan-A.

First, the Titan-A is lead by Captain Liam Shaw, as played by 12 Monkeys‘ Todd Stashwick. Matalas describes the character as “a former engineer with a long history within Starfleet”; more on the character is promised later.

Shaw’s second-in-command is none other than Commander Seven of Nine, as portrayed by returning cast member Jeri Ryan. Matalas has said that Seven “was placed into an accelerated Starfleet program against her own judgement” and might not yet be comfortable with her new posting.

Next is Lieutenant T’Veen, as played by Stephanie Czajkowski. A Vulcan, T’Veen is a talented scientist; “Several Captains fought to have her on their bridge,” Matalas said, “[but] the Titan won.”

The Titan-A’s tactical officer is a Bajoran named Lieutenant Matthew Arliss Mura, as played by Joseph Lee. The officer “has served on the new Titan for last three years,” according to Matalas, “[and is] exactly who you want at that station when you hear ‘Give ’em everything we got!’””

Next up is communications officer Engisn Kova Rin Esmar, a Haliian played by Jin Maley. Esmar “speaks over 72 languages [and] they graduated at the top of their class,” according to Matalas.

Finally, the helm officer of the Titan-A is Geordi LaForge’s eldest daughter, Sidney LaForge. Played by Ashleigh Sharpe Chestnut, Sidney “didn’t want to build ships” like her father or  her sister Alandra; instead, “she wanted to fly them,” according to Matalas.

We’ve got images of each of the named bridge crew below.

Picard Season 3 also features performances from Sir Patrick Stewart (Picard), Jonathan Frakes (Riker), Marina Sirtis (Troi), Michael Dorn (Worf), Gates McFadden (Crusher), LeVar Burton (LaForge), Brent Spiner (Lore), Jeri Ryan (Seven), Michelle Hurd (Raffi), Amanda Plummer (Vadic) and Daniel Davis (Moriarty).

Star Trek Picard airs on Paramount+, Prime Video, or Crave depending on where you are in the world. Here in Australia, it can be accessed on both Paramount+ and Prime Video.
