Master of Orion reboot spearheaded by Wargaming

Wargaming recently announced that its reviving Master of Orion in a new reboot.

The rebooted strategy title will include enhanced visuals, fully voiced characters, revamped UI, a new score alongside 13 playable races.

The reboot is being handled by the Argentina-based NGD Studios.

“While we’ve made many improvements overall to the game, we’re confident that its classic and addictive gameplay will appeal to gamers no matter if they played the game years ago or are now just experiencing it for the very first time,” said Andrés Chilkowski, head of NGD Studios.

A release date for the game has not been set.
