Master of Orion: Early access available this week

Wargaming today announced that those who pre-order Master of Orion will get early access to the title this week.

“At the start of Early Access, explorers can lead six diverse races: Mrrshan, Psilon, Bulrathi, Alkari, Human, Sakkra, with more races and content to be added in the near future,” Wargaming advised. “Three unique victory conditions await players on the path to Orion: become leader of the Galactic Council to claim a “Diplomatic” victory; exterminate all other races to win via “Conquest”; or have the highest average overall score between other conditions to achieve “Excellence”.”

Early access will support 64-bit Windows PC and has full English and Russian localisation. German, French, Spanish, Czech, Polish, Turkish, Spanish (MX), Portuguese, Korean and Japanese localisation will “be implemented soon”, according to Wargaming.

Master of Orion‘s early access program is available from 26 February on Windows PC.

Update: This story has been amended as we incorrectly advised instant early access was available from today. We apologise for the error.
