Marvel Snap back online in the USA as dev looks for new publisher

Second Dinner doesn't want a repeat of this week.

Marvel Snap is back online in the USA after an outage tied to the country’s ban(-then-not) of Chinese-owned app TikTok.

Developer Second Dinner took to Twitter with the news overnight.

“Marvel Snap is back online in the U.S,” Second Dinner wrote. “But to make sure this NEVER happens again, we’re working to bring more services in-house and partner with a new publisher.

“This is the start of a new era for Marvel Snap. We know this probably leaves you with even more questions than answers. We appreciate your patience, but in the meantime enjoy playing Marvel Snap.”

The app was taken offline earlier this week, and remained offline even after TikTok itself was reinstated in the USA.

Marvel Snap is available on Windows PC, iOS and Android devices.
