Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra stars Captain America, Black Panther

And it looks fab!

Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra is the name of the Skydance game that will star Captain America and Black Panther, and we’ve got a new story trailer for you to check out.

Announced back in 2022Rise of Hydra is in production at Skydance New Media, helmed by former Uncharted scribe Amy Henning.

Four Heroes. Two Worlds. One War. In collaboration with Marvel Games, Skydance New Media is proud to share the first look at our new AAA game with an ensemble cast and original story set in our unique Marvel Universe,” it wrote alongside the trailer,” Marvel and Skydance said at the time.

Today, we know who those four heroes are: Steve Rogers/Captain America, Azzuri/Black Panther (T’Challa’s grandfather); Howling Commando Gabriel Jones, and Wakandan spy Nanali. Khary Payton will star as Black Panther, Drew Moerlein plays Captain America, Megalyn Echikunwoke is Nanali, and Marque Richardson is Gabriel Jones.

Also in the game are Lyne Renée as Julie, “a key ally in the French Resistance,” alongside Joel Johnstone as Iron Man’s dad, Howard Stark.
