Another game delayed.
Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra has been delayed “beyond early 2026,” according to a post from Skydance Games.
“Marvel 1943: Rise of Hydra is an ambitious project, and we are committed to ensuring it meets the level of quality that our team, players, and fans expect,” Skydance said in a social media post.
“To fully realize our vision for Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra, we’ve made the decision to shift our release window beyond early 2026.”
The title is set, obviously, in 1943 and will focus on Steve Rogers/Captain America, Azzuri/Black Panther (T’Challa’s grandfather), Howling Commando Gabriel Jones, and Wakandan spy Nanali.
Khary Payton stars as Black Panther, Drew Moerlein plays Captain America, Megalyn Echikunwoke is Nanali, and Marque Richardson is Gabriel Jones.
The title, first announced in 2022, was previously expected this year and already delayed to an unnamed point in 2026.
We’ll have more on Marvel 1943 Rise of Hydra when it’s made available. For now, expect the title in 2026.
