Mario heads to the iPhone in Super Mario Run

In addition to Apple announcing the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus at a keynote today, Nintendo joined in to detail Super Mario Run for iOS devices.

As you might expect from the game’s name, Super Mario Run is an endless runner-style title, easily accessible to casual gamers.

The title will also feature multiplayer.

Unlike Miitomo and Pokemon Go, Nintendo will be charging a “fixed price” for the app, though pricing has not yet been detailed. The game will also feature in-app purchases.

We’ll have more on Super Mario Run as it’s made available.
