Malys full release now available on Steam

Early access no more.

The Melbourne-made Malys has now left early access for a full release over on Steam.

“Playing as Noah, former priest turned exorcist and demon hunter, you ride through a festering city crawling with demons to exorcise evil from the innocent. Among them lies your prey: Malys, a demon of extraordinary cunning and power. You’ll burn cards, light candles and use your deck to expose the rot within – finding unique combinations and strategies to withstand the horrors,” Summerfall Studios said of its roguelite deck builder.

The full release of the title boasts new features including its full story, alongside more enemies, more cards, and more curios as compared to early access.

You can get a taste of what to expect from the title thanks to a new trailer, above.

“Taking a significant left turn from Stray Gods and working on something darker and more systems-driven has been a terrifying delight, and especially as a small team, we are so grateful for all of the support we have received throughout,” said Summerfall’s Liam Esler.

Malys is now in full release on Windows PC via Steam, priced at $14.99 USD.
