Mafia The Old Country mid-2025 release window outed by YouTube ad

Oops.

Mafia The Old Country will have a mid-2025 release window, according to a YouTube ad that was likely triggered earlier than intended.

You can watch the YouTube ad in question via Twitter, here.

The release window comes a little earlier than expected — when announced back in August of this year, The Old Country was expected in the latter half of 2025.

“In Mafia The Old Country, we’re going back to the roots of what fans love about the franchise, crafting a deep, linear narrative with that classic mob movie feeling, visiting a stunning new setting, and delivering it all in a tight, focused package perfect for fans of immersive experiences,” Hangar 13’s Nick Baynes said at the time.

We’re sure to see a better-quality version of the above trailer when it “debuts” at The Game Awards later today. We’ll keep you posted and embed the trailer here when able.

Update: We’ve got it! The trailer is above.

Expect Mafia The Old Country in mid-2025 on Windows PC via Steam, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PS5.
