Life is Strange 2 Episode 2 release date confirmed by live-action trailer

The Life is Strange 2 Episode 2 release date has been confirmed by Dontnod and Square Enix using an emotionally charged live-action trailer.

Spoilers continue from this point on.

First, the live-action trailer recreates the ending of Life is Strange 2 Episode 1, using voice actor Gonzalo Martin portraying his character, Sean Diaz. You can watch it below.

Dontnod used the trailer to confirm the release date of Episode 2, Rules: 24 January 2019.

In the best news yet, Dontnod confirmed that Chris Eriksen, the star of The Awesome Adventures of Captain Spirit, will feature in Episode 2.

“There, they encounter next-door neighbour Chris Eriksen, a young boy who believes he has powers eerily similar to Daniel’s, and they come face to face with his superhero alter ego, Captain Spirit,” Dontnod said as part of a synopsis.

Life is Strange 2 Episode 2 will be available from 24 January 2019 on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
