Life is Strange Reunion pairs Max and Chloe, coming 26 March

Life is Strange Reunion was today announced, a new entry in the franchise starring the original title’s Max and Chloe, and seeming set in and around the events of the first game.

Moreover, with the game’s announcement comes its release date: 26 March.

“Play as both Max and Chloe as an all-new story builds towards an epic finale! In three days, a deadly inferno will destroy Caledon University,” a description of Reunion reads.
“Max’s Rewind power has bought her time – but she can’t prevent the blaze alone. Can Max & Chloe find a future together… Before everything burns?”

Over on Xbox Wire, Deck Nine’s Andrew James described Reunion as, “the thrilling finale to the Max and Chloe saga, a chapter that brings their book to a close.”

“This is a full circle moment for both developers and fans — one that builds on everything that has come before,” James continued. “And even as the game delivers a reunion long-thought impossible, it also caps off our time at Caledon University in a literal blaze of glory.”

Expect Life is Strange Reunion from 26 March on Windows PC via Steam, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PS5. The title is developed by Deck Nine and published by Square Enix.
