Life is Strange announced by Square Enix, Dontnod

Square Enix today confirmed a new episodic game from Dontnod, developer of last year’s Remember Me, called Life is Strange.

Square Enix called the title a “narrative driven adventure game.” The episodic game will revolve around a character named Max, who returns to her hometown to reunite with friend Chloe. Together, the pair investigate the disappearance of a girl named Rachel Amber.

The girls come with powers; Max can rewind time and Chloe is still as mysterious as the game itself.

Life is Strange will be available digitally on Windows PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3 and PS4. A release date has not yet been named.
