LEGO Dimensions: Ghostbusters confirmed alongside new Adventure Worlds mode

We’ve two big tidbits on LEGO Dimensions for you this morning.

First, it was confirmed that the Ghostbusters franchise will be heading to the game.

The Ghostbusters‘ levelpack will include a Peter Venkman minifigure. Also available for sale are Marshmallow Man and Slimer minifigures.

Moreover, the game’s Adventure Worlds mode will operate separately from the game’s campaign, and tasks you to unlock levels with specific characters. Once unlocked, the levels can be played with any minifigure.

If that robot sounds familiar, it’s because he’s voiced by Community‘s Joel McHale.

LEGO Dimensions launches late September this year for PS3, PS4, Wii U, Xbox 360 and Xbox One. We previewed the game at E3.
