LEGO 2K Drive announced; coming 19 May

Racing to stores.

LEGO 2K Drive was today announced by Visual Concepts, 2K and the LEGO Group.

The title is “the first release in a multi-title partnership between 2K and the LEGO Group to develop AAA LEGO games,” according to a press release.

“LEGO 2K Drive evolves the iconic LEGO play experience with a vast, open world where players can build any vehicle, drive anywhere and become a LEGO racing legend,” the press release continued.

The title promises an open world full of “high-octane LEGO racing”, customisation and co-operative and competitive multiplayer.

“Play with family and friends via local, 2-person split-screen or match online with other intrepid racers of similar skill levels,” the release continued.

Expect LEGO 2K Drive from 19 May on Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store alongside Xbox One, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, PS4, PS5 and Switch.
