Konami wants to know which Metal Gear game players want remade next

Even MGS5 is on the table.

Following the release of Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater, publisher Konami is now asking select players which games in the long-running franchise they’d want remade next. Surprising, even Metal Gear Solid 5 is seemingly on the table.

In a “post-viewing survey” that is believed to be timed for Tokyo Game Show and a “Metal Gear Production Hotline at TGS2025″ livestream that will take place this coming Friday, Konami has already engaged select players to weigh in.

“Please select all of the following Metal Gear Series titles that you would like to see remade,” reads one question on the survey, which Twitter user MGSMGN says offers the following responses:

  • Metal Gear
  • Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake
  • Metal Gear Solid
  • Metal Gear Solid 2 Sons of Liberty
  • Metal Gear Solid 4 Guns of the Patriot
  • Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker
  • Metal Gear Solid 5: Ground Zeroes
  • Metal Gear Solid 5: The Phantom Pain

If you’re keen to weigh in, keep an eye out on your inbox. And, also, a big ol’ heartfelt sorry to fans of Metal Gear Solid Revengeance.

Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater is available now on Windows PC via Steam, Xbox Series S, Xbox Series X, and PS5.
