Koei Tecmo isn’t bringing Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 to the west

A Koei Tecmo representative has used Facebook to assert that Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will not be heading to the west.

“We do not [sic] bring DoAX3 to the West and won’t have any plan change [sic] in the future. Thank you for asking,” a representative said.

“Do you know many issues happening in video game industry with regard to how to treat female [sic] in video game industry? We do not want to talk those things here. But certainly we have gone through in last year or two to come to our decision. Thank you.”

A petition was recently launched to try to convince Koei Tecmo to change its mind. Meanwhile, PlayAsia took to its Twitter stream to touch on that whole idea of social justice:

Dead or Alive Xtreme 3 will be available on PS4 and PS Vita in Japan from February next year.
