Kitty Powers Matchmaker returns almost ten years after release

Say hello to Kitty Powers Matchmaker Makeover!

Kitty Powers Matchmaker Makeover is a glow up on 2016’s original Kitty Powers Matchmaker, available now on mobile and Windows PC via Steam.

Kitty Powers’ Matchmaker Makeover sees many of the original team members reunite to develop this remastered version of the beloved dating simulator,” its developers said in a press release.

The title offers “new and improved” mini-games, expanded game mechanics, enhanced 4K visuals, and more.

We reviewed the console version of the game when it was released back in 2017, giving it praise but steering people back over to mobile devices.

“Is Matchmaker life-changing? No. Is it action-packed and as gripping as Breath of the Wild? Certainly not. It is, however, a fun little time-waster, full of memory puzzles, personality assessment and inclusiveness,” I wrote at the time.

“Just because it’s now on consoles doesn’t mean you should necessarily play it on Xbox One or PS4, either. A steal at $4.49 AUD on iOS… and a little less so at $17.95 AUD, it’s hard to go wrong with Kitty Powers’ Matchmaker on the platform it was conceived on.”

This new version of the title will set you back $12.99 AUD on iOS or Android, or $20.50 AUD on Steam.
