Kingdom Hearts 3 Critical Mode, story DLC teased

Kingdom Hearts 3 Critical Mode was teased by Director Tetsuya Nomura alongside new story DLC.

Speaking to Dengeki Online, Nomura said that Critical Mode – a harder difficulty setting currently unavailable inside the game — will be included at a later time. Moreover, said that he’ll be making adjustments to the difficulty in order to “pinpoint a level of fun unique to Critical Mode.”

Not stopping there, Nomura teased story-based DLC by speaking of content what will focus on Xion, though he didn’t detail when it would be released, nor how much it could cost.

Kingdom Hearts 3 is currently available on Xbox One and PS4.
