Jonathan Blow’s The Witness rated for Xbox One

Jonathan Blow’s upcoming title The Witness has been rated by America’s ESRB for Xbox One. That said, Blow has already stated he has “no plans” for a version on Microsoft’s current-gen console.

“We only put XB1 on there because it doesn’t cost anything, and if we were to want to do an XB1 version later, we don’t have to go through ratings again,” Blow said, speaking with Polygon. “But it is totally provisional, we have no plans for an XB1 version right now.”

The Witness, with voice acting by The Last of Us‘ Ashley Johnson, will be available from 26 January on PS4 and Windows PC.
