Jackbox Survey Scramble gets two new, free modes “soon”

And they're detailed below.

Jackbox Survey Scramble will add two new, free modes to its roster of games “soon”, according to Jackbox Games. The two new modes are called Dash and Dares.

In Dash, your goal is to “find the most popular answer in a group of options taken from one of our enormous lists to move ahead,” according to Jackbox. “Double down on your choice for more progress (or more punishment), send extra choices to your opponent’s list to slow them down, and tune into public opinion to outpace everyone on your way to the finish line.”

Over in Dares, “you control whether a fellow player must guess something higher or lower on the list than what’s just been revealed. Throw them a nearly impossible challenge… but don’t be shocked when they nail it and rake in the points. After you’ve completed a dare, turn around, share the love and dare another player.”

The two new modes will be added to the current roster of Hilo, Bounce, Squares and Speed. We’ve highlighted most of those in our preview, found here. There’s no official date on when to expect the modes, though Jackbox said the “free update [is] coming soon”.

Jackbox Survey Scramble is currently available over on Windows PC, Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch.
