Injustice 2: New fighter Red Hood gets his own trailer

Injustice 2‘s next fighter, Red Hood, has been highlighted in a new trailer all his own.

Jason Todd, formerly Robin, met his grisly demise at the hands of The Joker. After being dipped in the life-renewing Lazarus Pit, Todd returned to the world looking for vengeance as Red Hood. You can check him out in action below.

Red Hood joins the game as part of its “Fighter Pack 1” DLC alongside Teen Titan Starfire and Mortal Kombat fighter Sub-Zero. It’s obvious why NetherRealm is adding a fighter from their other huge franchise, but we’re left to wonder why — with so many amazing DC characters left on the cutting room floor, we’d rather any of them instead.

In case you missed the trailer for the DLC itself, it’s below:

Injustice 2 is available now on Xbox One and PS4. A release date for the “Fighter Pack 1” DLC has yet to be named.
