HQ drops $20 minimum to access winnings

The popular HQ trivia app has been changed so winners enjoy their spoils without having $20 in the bank.

If you’re unfamiliar with HQ, players compete against each other in real-time for a piece of a $2,000 – $2,500 USD prize pool. By answering each of the game’s 12 questions correctly, a player will either win the entire pot, or equally split the money with additional winners.

Now, the game’s minimum balance for withdrawal has been removed, meaning players have immediate access to their won cash.

The announcement was recently made over Twitter, with HQ writing, “We’ve removed the minimum balance required to cash out your HQ winnings. Put that money in the bank today!”

HQ is available on iOS and Android. If you’re feeling generous, use code “Stevivor” if you’re signing up — it gives us a free life for our next game.
