Hideo Kojima wanted to work with Cliffy B on Silent Hills

Cliff Bleszinski has taken to Twitter to reveal Hideo Kojima once approached him to collaborate on Silent Hills, the now-cancelled horror game that ended up involving Guillermo del Toro instead.

You have to appreciate honestly, right?

Kojima ended up collaborating with filmmaker del Toro and The Walking Dead star Normal Reedus on the project, cancelled by Konami ahead of an infamous feud between the two powers.

Bleszinksi went on to work on his new IP LawBreakers, a free-to-play shooter.
