Here’s a Mortal Kombat 11 story recap from Johnny Cage

Mortal Kombat 11 Aftermath is on the way and includes new story-based content. If it’s been a while since you’ve played through the fighter’s narrative, never fear: Johnny Cage is here to give you a recap.

While the video below does a great job in summarising what’s happened previous to the DLC, be warned that it does contain some spoilery elements of what’s to come. Watch at your own risk.

As a bit of a summary from us, the champions of Earthrealm successfully beat Kronika and her plans to destroy all of time. Liu Kang also took Raiden’s place as a God and intended to reset the Mortal Kombat timeline.

In addition to the story-based content, Aftermath also adds RoboCop as paid content and Friendships as free content.

Mortal Kombat 11 is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One, PS4, Switch and Stadia where available. Aftermath, in both its free and paid forms, is expected on 27 May.
