Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star is the pigeon-dating sequel you didn’t know you needed

Hatoful Boyfriend, the strange pigeon-dating simulator, is getting a sequel.

Hatoful Boyfriend: Holiday Star is scheduled for a release on PS Vita, PS4 and Windows PC this spring. Series cerator Hato Moa is working on the sequel with development studio Mediatonic.

“While we would have loved to create an all-new franchise with our friends at Mediatonic, investing $350,000 in bird motion capture gear limits our options,” said Devolver Digital CFO Fork Parker.

Devolver Digital, the publisher of the series, is also planning to release the original Hatoful Boyfriend on PS4 and PS Vita this summer. The original title is currently available on Windows PC via Steam.
