Guitar Hero Live rocking out this spring with special guest first-person mode

Activision today confirmed Guitar Hero will return as Guitar Hero Live.

Scheduled for PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii U in spring 2015, Guitar Hero Live is priced at $99.99 USD and includes a brand-new guitar controller.

The new controller sports two rows of three fret buttons, marking a departure from previous controllers.

Activision also confirmed some of the artists that will appear in the game, including The Black Keys, Ed Sheeran, Fall Out Boy, My Chemical Romance, The Rolling Stones, Skrillex, The Lumineers, The Killers, Blitz Kids and Green Day.

Also new to the game is Guitar Hero TV, a new online experience that provides various 24-hour playlists and multiplayer challenges.
