Google Stadia Achievements will be added to the platform after its launch, Google has recently confirmed.
The feature was confirmed as part of a recent AMA that took place on Reddit.
“Oh yes, achievements…as a lifelong gamer and a pathological overachiever, I love achievements,” Andrey Doronichev, Google Stadia’s Director of Products, said when asked about the feature. “Of course we’ll have something similar to other platforms.”
Doronichev continued on to say that the feature ,”will not be there immediately at launch,” then specifying that they “will come a bit later.” A set release date for the feature was not detailed further.
Google Stadia will launch in select markets — not including Australia — in November 2019.
