Ghost Recon Wildlands’ Ghost mode brings permadeath

Ghost Recon Wildlands‘ Ghost mode will bring permadeath to PvE later this month, Ubisoft today detailed.

“Ghost Mode will expand on the game’s PvE experience by introducing a new mode, for both solo and co-op, which raises the stakes with thrilling conditions such as permadeath and real reloading,” Ubisoft said in a new press release.

Available 24 July for those with the Year 2 pass, permadeath, a single weapon and handgun loadout and real reloading — meaning you’ll waste bullets not yet spent from your clip when changing to a new one — will help to form Ghost mode.

Ghost Recon: Wildlands is currently available on Windows PC, Xbox One and PS4.
