GetGaming, Australia’s GameFly-like service, purchased; soon up and running

GetGaming, Australia’s Game-Fly like postal mail game rental service, has been purchased by a new owner and is back up and soon to be running.

The news features on GetGaming’s site and via its Twitter account:

The service, and its site, were sporadic all throughout April, alternating between online and offline status quite frequently.

We’ve used GetGaming in the past — hell, we were even sponsored by them for a brief period of time — so it’s good to see them back.

The rental service says it will be back in operation either late this month or in June.
