Gearbox teases “another game” for PAX East

Borderlands developer Gearbox has taken to Twitter to tease “another game” that will be revealed at PAX East.

Just yesterday, Gearbox teased a game that most believe to be Borderlands 3. Today’s tweet doesn’t appear to be referencing that, but a second game entirely. You can see the tweet — and the mysterious image that has accompanied it — below. Any guesses to what this could be?

While it may be another entry in the Borderlands franchise, don’t forget that Gearbox develops AND publishes games; Compulsion Games’ We Happy Few is just one game under the Gearbox Publishing label. Perhaps this second reveal isn’t something Gearbox is working on itself.

We’ll keep you posted as more is known. PAX East takes place over the last weekend in March, so there’s hopefully not long to wait!
