GaymerX teams up with FlameCon to support queer game development in New York

The organisers of San Francisco’s queer gaming convention, GaymerX, have teamed up GeeksOut, the group behind New York’s first queer comic con, FlameCon, to support queer game development.

The result will give LGBTQ game developers — and assumedly, allies — the chance to show off their wares for the low, low cost of free.

GaymerX is “looking to partner with some folks” to create a scholarship program to support queer game development. The result will potentially provide a free table at FlameCon for said developers.

Those interested in free table space can head here.

FlameCon takes place on 13 June in The Grand Prospect Hall in Brooklyn, New York.
