The full-priced next-gen Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes has a two hour campaign

Game Informer (via Kotaku) today reported that Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes has a two hour campaign.

The magazine acknowledges that they skipped some side-quests, but still managed to complete the main story in only a couple hours.

Ground Zeroes is meant as an introduction to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phanton Pain.

Despite its length, and without (announced, anyway) multiplayer features, Ground Zeroes is listed at $90 AUD for PS4 and Xbox One and $50 AUD for Xbox 360 and PS3 on EB Games’ website.

Is that far too much to pay for such a short game? Would it have functioned better as downloadable content? Let us know what you think.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes is available from 18 March.
