Fortnite Android beta now on, goes to Samsung devices first

The Fortnite Android beta is now available, offering handheld users the chance to try out Battle Royale.

Samsung Galaxy devices will be the first to be invited to the beta — provided their owners have signed up for the beta — which starts today. Moreover, those who own a Samsung Not 9 or Galaxy Tab S4 will gain access to a special Galaxy-themed outfit (shown above).

As the game’s in beta, Fortnite head to Fornite.com for Android won’t be available through the Google Play Store; instead, users will have to to grab the download.

Fortnite on Android has been confirmed to support full cross-play and cross-saves with Xbox One, PS4, Switch, PC, Mac and iOS, Epic today confirmed.

Fortnite: Battle Royale is available on Windows PC, Mac, Xbox One, PS4, Switch, iOS and now Android.
