Flat Earth, 505 Games partner to launch Objects in Space on PC, Mac, Linux in 2018

Flat Earth Games’ Objects in Space will be published on PC, Mac and Linux thanks to a new partnership with 505 Games.

The Sydney-made open world stealth-action space game has been included in the PAX Australia Indie Showcase program and was a finalist at GDC’s alt.ctrl.

“This game is all about customisability,” said Flat Earth’s Elissa Harris.

“The playable ships, the in-depth engineering sections of the game, the home consoles players can build, the way people choose to play the game – it’s all designed for people who like to tinker, but works just as well for players wanting a more guided experience as well.”

“We’re very excited to be working with the highly creative team at Flat Earth,” added 505 Games’ Tim Woodley. Objects in Space struck us as an experimental title with a lot of promise and a commitment to looking at open worlds a little differently. We’re proud to be partnering with Flat Earth Games on this title.”

Expect Objects in Space on Windows PC, Mac and Linux in 2018.
