Firewatch may head to Xbox One

Speaking with Red Bull, Campo Santo co-founder Sean Vanaman said the upcoming Firewatch may head to Xbox One, providing the game’s launch goes well.

“We’ll see how the game does at launch,” Vanaman said. “And if there’s a desire for it on other platforms then we’ll explore that.”

Vanaman also confirmed a sequel to Firewatch isn’t on the cards.

“I’m always kind of ready to start working on another game,” he continued. “But I think we’ll start chipping away at that when the time is right. It won’t be a sequel to Firewatch, this story is done. But I’m very excited to see what we come up with next.”

Firewatch will be available from 9 February on Windows PC and PS4.
