Final Fantasy XV heads to Xbox One and PS4 this September; Platinum Demo available from today

GameSpot reports that Final Fantasy XV will have a 30 September release date.

The report also alleges that a demo for the game will also be released today. The demo is said to feature a younger version of protagonist Noctis and will show off finalised visuals. Those who finish the demo will allegedly gain access to an exclusive Carbuncle summon in the full game.

We’ll know for sure this afternoon — Square Enix is hosting a special Final Fantasy XV livestream at 1.00pm AEDT.

[Update] Confirmed! Final Fantasy XV will be available from 30 September. More information on the new demo, Platinum Demo, can be found here.
