Final Fantasy XV: New 13th chapter and Episode Gladiolus available today

Final Fantasy XV today receives new content in the form of a revised 13th chapter and new DLC, “Episode Gladiolus”.

The revised 13th chapter is available now, for free, and can be played from the game’s main menu. Running roughly 20 minutes long, the content focuses on Gladiolus and Ignis. Nothing revolutionary, it’s a chance to test out Gladiolus before the release of “Episode Gladiolus”, the first of FFXV‘s paid DLC, which will be available later in the day.

“Episode Gladiolus” will also feature a tease for the game’s next batch of DLC, “Episode Prompto”. That tease can already be viewed below, thanks to RajmanGaming.

The free update also decreases the time necessary to cast spells as protagonist Noctis.

Will you be picking up either of today’s updates? Which one — or both?

Final Fantasy XV is available now on Xbox One and PS4. We reviewed it here.
