Final Fantasy XV gets online co-op multiplayer as a paid add-on

Final Fantasy XV will receive an online, c0-op multiplayer mode… for a fee.

Announced late last week, the new online mode will be available paid add-on called “Comrades”. The content will be sold as a separate DLC pack or as part of the game’s “Season Pass”.

“Comrades” will let up to four players control each of FFXV‘s main characters: Noctis, Gladiolus, Ignis and Prompto, each with “unique play styles,” according to Square Enix.

While Final Fantasy XV heads to Xbox One and PS4 later in November, there’s no release date for any DLC content as yet. We’ll keep you posted.
