Final Fantasy XIV Online patch 4.45 now available

Final Fantasy XIV Online patch 4.45 is now available, Square Enix has confimred.

“A wealth of fresh adventures are today available… with the launch of Patch 4.45,” Square said in a press release. “This update brings with it the next chapter of The Forbidden Land of Eureka, alongside further adventures of everyone’s favourite inspector extraordinaire, Hildibrand.

“Today’s update introduces The Forbidden Land, Eureka Pyros to the world of Hydaelyn. As our intrepid explorers continue to strive to reach the headquarters of the Students of Baldesion at the center of the isle, players will uncover a network of caves hidden within the massive mountains, where frozen tundra gives way to smoldering lava. Elsewhere, players will be reunited with detective Hildibrand once more, as the hunt for a legendary sword of great power continues.”

Full patch notes can be found here.

Final Fantasy XIV is currently available on Windows PC, Mac and PS4.
