Final Fantasy 14 Oceania Data Centre now online

Get transfering!

Final Fantasy 14‘s Oceania Data Centre is now online, Square Enix has announced.

New characters will be able to access the Oceania Data Centre from yesterday, thanks to Patch 6.08, while existing characters will be allowed to engage in Home World Transfers from today.

“Five Worlds will be available at this time, with all Worlds being designated as ‘New Worlds’, meaning players who transfer to or create new characters on them will receive special bonuses,” Square Enix advised. Bonuses include a free Home World Transfer for players transferring from another World, Double XP for both newly created and transferred characters (up to Level 80), Gold and Silver Chocobo Feathers exchangeable for special in-game rewards, and more.

The Oceania Data Centre comes at the same time as the game’s All Saints’ Wake in-game event. It runs from 25 January to 2 February and seems to be a Halloween-themed event.

Final Fantasy 14 is currently available on Windows PC, PS4 and PS5.
