Far Cry 5 details: Play as a male or female in the campaign, and in co-op too

Further Far Cry 5 details have hit the internet, including those surrounding the game’s main character.

We’ll fill the role of a Deputy Sheriff within Hope County, Montana, able to choose a male or female protagonist. Moreover, Far Cry 5 will feature an online co-op campaign so you can pair your Sheriff with that of a friend to take on the vile Eden’s Gate cult.

Apart from a series of videos that introduces some of your allies, not much more is known about Far Cry 5. That will be rectified at this year’s E3 — Stevivor is already locked in to spend some time with the title.

Far Cry 5 heads to PC and consoles on 27 February 2018.
